Fulfillment Policy:

• Tikka sells food and beverage through our delivery platform

• All sales are final and refund/exchange requests are handled on a case by case basis at the restaurant and all delivery/takeout orders placed through online ordering platforms are treated as final sales.

• Refund/Exchange requests can be sent directly to Julie@Parineetathebride.com or by calling the respective restaurants directly.

• All prices listed are in USD

• Delivery Policy - All orders placed for delivery are given an estimate, note deliveries may come early or be delayed based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic conditions and peak business hours.

• Cancellation Policy - Orders placed can be cancelled within the first 5 mins of placing the order. However, we encourage customers to call the restaurant directly to find a satisfactory outcome.

• Return Policy - Returns will be handled on a case by case basis by the restaurant. The restaurant will accommodate issues with orders and organize exchanges and refunds accordingly.

• Discounts - All orders by default have a 5% discount code and coupons are regularly given to customers for additional benefits. However, if a customer fails to enter an appropriate coupon, the restaurant is unable to process benefits associated with any unapplied codes.

• Privacy Policy - Tikka Indian Grill does not collect any personal information from customers unless the customer signs up for emails and unless customers create an account to place a direct order. no personal information will be sold by Tikka Indian Grill to third parties.
